Domaine La Chapelle is the Vin de Pays of Château Saint Auriol. This property was lived in by the Romans, during the first century AD in Septimanie. Purchased in 1981 by Vialade-Salvagnac, the vineyards and cellars have been completely renovated. This selection of plots practices "bio" agriculture and are classified as Vin de Pays d'Oc.
