Sipp Mack Eau de Vie de Vieux Kirsch

Eau-de-vie de Kirsch is classically distilled in copper alembic stills from morello cherries. Unlike other forms of cherry brandy, kirsch is not sweetened after distillation. In modern times, however, some kirsch is produced with a variety of sour cherries other than morellos.
