Miguel Torres Cordillera Tinto

The cold air of sleeping volcanoes lies over the vineyards in the southern night. In those magical hours, mysterious aromas appear in these wines born at the foot of the snow-covered peaks of the Cordillera. A unique combination of wines from the extremely old Cariñena (Carignan) vines enhanced by the addition of Shiraz and Merlot. Intense dark cherry colour. Full aromas with notes of jam and spices. Excellent fluid feel on the palate, ample, balanced, and with subtle tannins. Ideal with cured meats and braised beef and stews.
