Dark ruby colour. Black and red berries nose with spicy and peppery notes. The wine is round and very soft in the mouth. It is well balanced and ends on ripe grape tannins. Very supple with good length.

One of the oldest chateaux in Bordeaux, Chateau Cadillac dates back to the 17th century. It is a single-vineyard estate located near Fronsac on the same geographical axis as Saint-Emilion. Geographically, Cadillac is a logical part of the large Premieres Cotes de Bordeaux appellation, but the presence of chalk and gravel soils here mark it out as a distinct area, capable of producing wines of particular character.
The Chateau is owned by the Lesgourgues family since 1991 who also owns Chateau Laubade (Armagnac) and Chateau Haut-Selve in the Graves area in Bordeaux.
