Sercial is nearly fermented completely dry with very little residual sugar. This style of wine is characterized with high-toned colours, almond flavours and high acidity. This is a dry Madeira, light in colour with a refined bouquet. Kept for a minimum of 10 years in oak casks. An excellent aperitif.
