A blend of Aragonês, Trincadeira and Alicante Bouschet, matured in a combination of American and French oak barrels, this wine has a wonderful aroma of cranberry and other jammy red fruits, overlaid with hints of spice and oak. The palate is soft and even, with savoury and broody red-fruit characters, completed by a persistent finish.

Paulo Laureano has been producing his own wines from the family business since 1999 and is well respected throughout Alentejo. After several years working as a consultant and enologist for many wine companies across Portugal, he purchased 70 hectares of old vines and a historic winery in the sub-region of Vidigueira. Since then, he has dedicated his time and skills to producing wines made exclusively from Portuguese varieties, ensuring that each one has a unique personality and distinguished identity.
