The cuvee Brut Reserve Grand Cru is a complete and powerful Champagne for the gastronomes, made exclusively from Grand Cru vineyards of the Montagne de Reims. The wine rests 3 years in the bottle in Marguet’s cellars, in contact with yeasts, which confers complex characteristics and great elegance to this fine champagne. Outstanding creamy white mousse followed by a fine and very persistent bead. Lifted nose showing a bounty of complex autolytic character followed by biscuit and cashew. Creamy in texture with flavours of nougat and brioche over a strong background of yeast lees. Outstanding length and depth and a clean balanced finish.
