Aged more than 12 months in Allier oak barrels. Ruby red colour with amber reflections. Fruity aroma, complex with cherry and plum hints. Delicate palate with a touch of tannin which gives harmony. Great with dessert and chocolates. Excellent as an aperitif. Serve slightly chilled.
