Château de l'Engarran Cuvée Quetton Saint-Georges

Add Your Review

The jewel in the crown of Engarran wines from the best vines of the Cru Saint Georges d'Orques. This wine reveals all the elegance of ripe Syrah (70%) with concentrated fruitiness wrapped in the full fleshiness of Grenache and the spiciness of a touch of old vine Carignan. A maturation period of 16 months, partly in French oak and partly in the vat, gives the wine aromas of toasted vanilla with a trace of truffle on velvety tannins, but leaves its blackcurrant and blackberry fruitiness intact.
