The cuvee Brut Rosé is one of the great specialities of this House. Made from 65% Chardonnay and 35% Pinot Noir, the wine has an attractive salmon to onion skin colour, a delicate mousse and an elegant and well structured palate which marries summer fruits, gentle spice, peach and hints of roasted nuts.

Fifth generation of vine growers and chef de cave, Benoit Marguet practices natural organic vine growing to enhance the balance of the soil and the vines are worked according to the lunar cycle.

The winemaking is performed in stainless steel tanks and small oak barrels. The wine rests three years in the bottle in the cellars in contact with yeasts - giving power, complexity and elegance.
